What we do with the photo

It is used only to create this preview and, if you order a book with this hero, the book itself.
It is kept private: never published, never visible to other visitors, and never used to train an artificial intelligence model.
Information added by the camera (location, date, phone model) is removed as soon as we receive the photo. To create the preview, the photo is sent to Google (Gemini models), our illustration provider.
The photo and the preview are deleted after 24 hours, or as soon as you ask from this page. We don’t ask for an email address. A hashed fingerprint of the photo is kept for one year, solely to limit free previews.
Only the child’s parent or legal representative may upload the child’s photo. Details are in our privacy policy.
